Compatibility & Requirements
Requires a reliable internet connection for remote viewing and notifications.
A dedicated network is recommended for best performance (especially for multi-camera systems).
Important Notes
Installation is not included unless specifically stated on your invoice/quote.
Cabling, conduit, mounting hardware beyond standard accessories, lifts, and any special permits are not included.
Camera model/finish (black/white) may vary based on availability unless specified.
AI features (LPR, facial recognition, smart detection) depend on device configuration and local laws/policies.

Because security systems involve device licensing, configuration, and chain-of-custody considerations, returns are handled as follows:
Unopened / Unused Hardware
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
A refund will be issued after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Opened Hardware
Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%) depending on condition.
Items that show signs of installation, damage, missing parts, or heavy use may be ineligible for return.
Non-Returnable
Custom-quoted bundles, special-order items, clearance items, and any services (design, configuration, installation, labor) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
To start a return, contact TREIN-Management with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping Info
